OK, I live in Louisville, Kentucky. I have lived in Lexington, Kentucky, and New York City. I have/had a friend in New Orleans - Jeff Collins (from Muskogee, OK) and I feel SOOO badly that I have not contacted him since Katrina. Does anybody know him and if he's OK? I have/had a friend, Sheryl Alperin (that's her maiden name). She's originally from Massachusetts, but we met when we worked together at Calvin Klein in NYC. She married a French guy named Jacques. The last I heard she lived in Pennsylvania and had an online fabric biz. I've tried to Google the biz but can't remember the name of it. Do you know Sheryl? Pat Durkin was a really good friend of mine when we both worked with Calvin. She is originally from Elizabeth, New Jersey. She worked in PR in the fashion biz in the 80s and 90s. She was alot of fun!! WHERE'S PATTY NOW?

Hi Gretchen. So, this is about six degrees? Well, I also live in Louisville. My son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter live in Philadelphia. I have friends in NYC. But, I never worked in the fashion industry. However, I have traveled extensively and lived for a year in Litomerice, Czech Republic! I think we must certainly find some connections within six degrees.

I have not been back to this site for a LONG time! I had no idea there was a response to my post. Sorry! I hope you check this out and please know that I was not ignoring - just forgetful!
I work at UofL and have 2 teenaged kids. Girl 15 & boy 14. I also live with my parents. double yikes! So, lots going on.
What do you do?
