I became certified as a new Jazzercise instructor at age 53 because for me, it was the best way to get fit and stay that way. I love the dance factor in it, and also the fact that we use hand weights during every class to strengthen abs, legs, and upper torso. Plus, it's fun to hang out with women of all ages who just want to work up a sweat.
