Kathleen Ames-Oliver is a coach and trainer with a passion for working with groups and individuals around issues of change and transition. She is the manager of Professional and Organizational Effectiveness at the University of Kansas where she coaches and facilitates workshops for faculty and staff. She lives in Lawrence, Kan., with her 17-year-old daughter and a somewhat neurotic Shetland sheepdog.
