A new study, released in the Annals of Internal Medicine, suggests that women who consumed 2 to 3 cups of coffee per day were 25% less likely to die from heart disease than other non-coffee drinking women. AND, if you drink, 4 to 5 cups a day, your risk goes down to 34%. (That's just GREAT! I'll never sleep again.) Oh, and by the way, it doesn't work as well for men. Read about the report here.

This is great news as I have never been able to make it through the day with less than 3 cups of coffee. I wouldn't recommend drinking them after 2 in the afternoon, though.
