Exercise is just as important for your brain as it is for your body. Mental calisthenics are essential in staving off Alzheimer's disease and the normal memory lapses of aging. In other words, use it or lose it.
So, if you like to play around (and who doesn't?), check out our two new "brain games": Pat Sajak's Lucky Letters (featuring that adorable, ageless host of "Wheel of Fortune") and Koozac, a fun numbers game that's crazy-addictive, even for a math hater, like me.
You'll find both games back on the BoomerGirl home page on the right rail. Enjoy!

I couldn't get the Lucky Letters page to come up but the Koozac game is definitely addictive. Lots of fun!

I must be a dummy today. I didn't do good on either game. Better keep practicing. But, oh wait, I need to write my blog.

Chloe, give it time to load. Mine took a while the first time. If you still have trouble, let me know and I'll check to see what kind of software you need to play it. It's really fun.
