No pharmaceuticals for me! All natural and organic is my path. I have really noticed a reduction in my irritability (as well as my teen age daughter's) and energy/stamina level since I started drinking Mona Vie. Check it out at www.mymonavie.com/abundavie Who knows, it could be what you've been looking for! Gretchen
Cathy! I have not been back to this site in QUITE awhile! I also don't scroll down far enough. Sorry. RE: you friend in nyc - yes! That counts!! Do you get any good inside fashionista gossip? Just kidding. I'm at the I-couldn't care-less-and-don't-know-what-you're-talking-about-anyway stage of my life! HA! Thanks for the response and sorry to be so long with mine. (Like you were waiting.) not. :) Gretchen
Vivian! I have not been back to this site for a LONG time! I had no idea there was a response to my post. Sorry! I hope you check this out and please know that I was not ignoring - just forgetful! I work at UofL and have 2 teenaged kids. Girl 15 & boy 14. I also live with my parents. double yikes! So, lots going on. What do you do? Would like to hear back from you! Gretchen
Hi, Dennis! I can see how you turned this diagnosis into a "good" thing by finally doing what you already knew (subconsciously) to do. It's like just about everything else - from term papers to house payments. You know, I can write that paper (due tomorrow) tonight after I watch Scrubs or, sure the house payment is a week late but they wouldn't actually throw the kids and me out on the street!! It's a procrastination/denial thing, I guess, for so many of us. When I turned 50 (last year), I decided the rest of my life was going to FABulous!!! I hate to exercise, eat VERY poorly and need alot more money. So, I started my own exercise program! That way I am bound to do it if others are counting on me to be there. I can hardly believe how much fun I am having with this - meeting other fun-seeking adults, serving the community, feeling terrific! Good stuff like that. Then, to address my eating habits, I started drinking Mona Vie - a nutrient-packed fruit juice. The physical results from that are way beyond remarkable! It addresses many health issues - including diabetes. It's so good, in fact, that I decided to add it to my growing list of small businesses. You can check it out on my web site @ www.mymonavie.com/abundavie. You will be SOOO glad you did! Live Abundantly! Gretchen
I haven't officially started menopause but something is going on. I have a teenage daughter just going into her periods, I live with her and my aging parents, teenage son and dog. In a one bath house. So, I am not sure if that has something to do with my moodiness (ya think?) or if it is the beginnings of menopause. I have started drinking a nutrient-enriched juice called Mona Vie and that has helped with my energy level. I also sell it on my web site www.mymonavie.com/abundavie. It might help you as well!
Brenda, Glad to hear it's working for you! Had you been focusing on the things you got or did they just happen? I have been having a tremendous amount of success in preoparing to start several new ventures. I can't wait til I get my vision! Gretchen
Hi, Margo! I got your email. Thanks for writing! The creators of the secret have fully "admitted", if you will, that the information is not new. It is, in fact, ancient. That is said up front in the dvd. They make no claim of ownership. I have to say that the dvd just put the law of attraction together in such a visually beautiful way that it touched a cord deep within me. I suppose the "phenomenon" is the artistic expression of the law and that it makes it easy to understand and to use. If something is harmless and helps people cope with life on Earth, I cannot see any reason to resist that. I say, if it's not for you, that's fine. Live and let live. Have a great day! Gretchen
Back again. Sorry, I forgot to mention that something else might really help with this and that is a dvd titled, the secret. It was recently (Feb 8, 2007) featured on OPRAH. You can watch it online or buy it to watch several times a day/week (like me) to change anything in your life. i absolutely love this and what it has brought to me. I hope it helps you all as well. Gretchen
Hey, Girls!! About 4 or 5 years ago I lost 30 lbs in about 2-3 months! And I was NEVER hungry and I didn't exercise, because I hate to. What I did was follow the Suzanne Somers WOE (Way of Eating). The first 2 weeks I lost 10 lbs! because I completely gave up sugar. I stopped drinking soda and switched to a sugar replacement for coffee/tea. As she says on her web site it just MELTS off of you. There are a ton of testimonials on her web site. I strongly urge you to investigate this. I promise, it truly worked for me. Gretchen
The spiritual laws you speak of, and as presented in the secret dvd, propose changing the world with (good/passionate)thoughts and feelings, not (negative/judgmental) words. Snide/sarcastic little side comments don't fit in with this, or any, journey to truth. I started a Boomergirls Club - AWOL (Attraction Way of Life) - to connect with others using these same principles and to help those seeking to change and create a joyful life. Please join me. Keep seeking and it will come. Gretchen
