I can really relate to this after losing my only daughter to a wonderful new life abroad. I'm trying my best to cope but she is so far away. It's tough, but there are advantage, including the clean house.
I cried, too. It was so moving looking at all the teary faces in the crowds all over the world. I hate to say it because it's so trivial, but I wasn't crazy about Michelle's dress. Maybe the sweater threw it off??
I have always bought Conair brands for around $25 each and they seem to last about 1 - 2 years. Lately, I think they're lasting longer and that probably has something to do with me washing my hair every couple of days instead of every day, like I used to. Try it!

Stretching really helps my day-after soreness. I alternate yoga with my strength-training and cardio. And ibuprofen, of course. : )

I just wish I could afford a trainer. Ours run about $90 per hour here. That's a lot when you're talking twice a week.

I've always loved The Little Drummer Boy and Bing Crosby's White Christmas.

I just gave up my Mary Kay for the Oil of Olay anti-aging line. It's good. Stings a little at first, but I've gotten used to it.
